Basic tips to make your body less prone to illness

Hello people!
As we all know the world is fighting with a ferocious pandemic, called Corona virus/Covid-19. Ok let’s assume may corona virus will not exist after few months/years. But there are already pre-existed diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Kidney disease etc. we are fighting with.

So, WHAT IS OUR SAVIOR???
That is IMMUNITY!

– Drink water as much as you can.
– Do workout minimum 5 minutes per day.
– Walk as much as you can.
– Drink green tea everyday.
– Eat minimum one fruit per day.
– Maintain hygiene.
– Improve time management.
– Increase patience.
– Be happy.
